GENERAL

Activent has chosen quality as a target in the manufacture of Air Handling Units, as it does in all its manufacturing. The only goal is always customer satisfaction. Air Handling Units are produced in 20 different models with a flow rate of 1,000 - 65,000 m³/h and offer a wide selection range to the user.

CELL STRUCTURE
The Cell Structure of Air Handling Units consists of a modular system. The assembly of the modules is bolted from inside the cell and Neoprene based sealing gaskets are used on the joining surfaces. Cells consist of aluminum profile carcass and sandwitch panels. Since there is no welded assembly in the manufacturing of the cells, it can be delivered completely disassembled if requested. The service doors are hinged on one side and special door handles on the other, providing complete sealing. There is a special observation window on the service cover of each ventilator or aspirator cell and a lighting fixture inside the cell. The lighting lamp control button is mounted on the outer surface of the cell. The labels fixed on the cells are created in a way that contributes to general knowledge about the modular cells that make up the Air Handling Unit and about the device. These labels allow you to be informed without any intervention in the Air Handling Unit.

CARCASE
The carcass consists of aluminum profile. On the corners, there are PVC die-cast corner pieces in a special form. Neoprene based sealing gaskets are used in the assembly of the panels to the frame. The carcass form is such that it contains gasket seating surfaces.

PANELS
Panels are sandwitch panels. The outer sheet thickness is adjusted according to the device size, and the inner sheet thickness is standard 0.80 mm. The outer and inner sheet metal is galvanized, and the outer sheet is also delivered painted when requested. A hat is made on the devices that will work outdoors, in a way that protrudes 5 cm from the device dimensions on each side. Rock Wool Air Conditioning Board with standard 70 kg/m³ density is used as insulation. Polyurethane Sheet or Glass Wool Sheet can also be used upon request.

FANS
The fans used in Air Handling Units are RCRD model with backward curved sparse blades, galvanized sheet body, self-lubricating type bearings. Optionally, RCAT or RCAD model fans with forward curved blades are also used. In fan selection, max. Selection is made to allow 35% increase in fan shaft power (which allows 10% increase in flow). The connection between the fan discharge nozzle and the cell nozzle is made with a flexible bellows (Connector) to prevent vibration transmission. The fan is mounted to the cell with an anti-vibration rubber chock.

ELECTRIC MOTORS
Electric Motor with IP 54 protection class, 380 V, 50 Hz. Volt, Gamak, Watt or an equivalent brand is used.

DRIVE MECHANISM
The drive system is belt-pulley. Belts are "Narrow V Belt". The pulleys are with clamping bushes in accordance with European standards (DIN 2211.TS 148).

EXCHANGERS
Heating and cooling exchangers used in Air Handling Units are copper tube and aluminum finned. The copper pipes used in the heat exchanger are 1/2" or 5/8" diameter and a minimum wall thickness of 0.35 mm. In the serpentine selection, the face speed is 3.25 m/sec in maximum coolers; For heaters, a maximum of 3.50 m/sec is taken. Even if the face speed of the cooling exchangers is low, a drop catcher is used in front of it.

DROP HOLDER
Cassettes with wings, which are made of special form aluminum or polypropylene profiles or by bending from aluminum sheet, are designed on galvanized or stainless runners that can easily enter and exit the cell.

CONDENSING PAN
The condensation pans, which are designed to be below the cooling exchanger and the drip trap, are manufactured from AISI 304 quality stainless steel sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.5 mm. The siphon detail, which must be made to the pan outlet by the customer, is shown schematically on the switchboard.

FILTERS
Cassette filters used in Air Handling Units are made of G2 Filtration quality metal; G3 and G4 Filtration quality synthetic fiber. Bag filters in F5, F7 and F9 Filtration quality and hepa filters in H14 Filtration quality can also be used depending on the customer's request.

AIR CURTAINS
Damper blades are made of aerodynamically extruded aluminum profile, and cases are also made of aluminum profile. The blades are opposite each other, easily movable and form a leak-proof structure when closed. The drive system is geared. Polyamide bushings are used in mounting the blades to the frame. As a standard, air damper at the suction mouth of all our devices; At the outlet, there is a connection flange.

BASE
In small-sized power plants, the foot is made of oven-dyed DKP sheet, and in large-size power plants, there is a base made of oven-painted hot rolled NPU profile.
